The rules of
using Ownly.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Ownly mobile application and website ownlyalphalabs.com (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Lumovex Technologies Private Limited ("Ownly", "we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Ownly. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@ownlyalphalabs.com of any unauthorised use.

3. Points Are Rewards, Not Currency

• Points earned on Ownly are non-transferable rewards issued at our discretion for engagement activity on the platform. They are not currency, securities, deposits, or any form of stored monetary value.
• Points have no inherent cash value until redeemed through our published redemption process, and only once you meet the eligibility requirements for the relevant redemption tier.
• Ownly does not offer games of chance, wagering, betting, or gambling of any kind. All point-earning mechanics are based on genuine user engagement and platform-defined formulas, published transparently.
• Conversion of points to redemption value (recharges, gift cards, or cash) is calculated per our published criteria at the time of redemption and may vary based on platform conditions.
• Points and their redemption value are subject to adjustment based on your Quality Score, a behavioural trust metric described in our Privacy Policy.
• Points are subject to forfeiture, freezing, or adjustment if we determine, in our reasonable judgement, that they were earned through fraud, bot activity, collusion, multiple-account abuse, or any manipulation of the platform's engagement mechanics.
• Redemption is offered at Ownly's sole discretion in accordance with our published rules, which may be updated from time to time. Higher-value redemption tiers (including cash transfer) require identity verification and may take time to become available as we scale our infrastructure.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use bots, scripts, multiple accounts, or any automated or fraudulent means to earn points or engagement
• Post content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, obscene, or that violates our Community Guidelines
• Harass, impersonate, or abuse other users
• Attempt to manipulate the remix royalty chain, Creator Pool, or any other economic mechanic of the Service through collusion or artificial engagement
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service

Violation of these Terms may result in content removal, point forfeiture, suspension, or permanent account termination, in accordance with our three-strike moderation policy.

5. Content You Post

You retain ownership of content you post on Ownly. By posting, you grant Ownly a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, and distribute that content within the Service, including as part of remix chains where applicable. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any content you post.

6. The Remix Royalty Chain

Ownly's remix royalty chain allows users to pay points to remix existing content and join a royalty chain. Royalty distribution follows the formulas published in our economics documentation and may be updated as the platform evolves. Royalty earnings are credited as points, subject to Section 3 above.

7. Termination

You may delete your account at any time through the app. We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or as required by law. Upon termination, your right to redeem outstanding points may be forfeited if termination results from a Terms violation.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Ownly does not guarantee any specific level of earnings, engagement, or reach. Early-stage earnings are modest and depend on the size and activity of the Ownly community, the Creator Pool funded by creators, and your Quality Score.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lumovex Technologies Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Rajasthan, India.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
