Ownly is committed to child safety and maintaining a safe platform for all users. The protection of minors is a non-negotiable priority and we have zero tolerance for any content or behaviour that exploits or endangers children.
Ownly has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any content that exploits, endangers or sexualises minors in any way. Such content is immediately removed and reported to the appropriate authorities.

All reports are reviewed promptly. Content flagged for child safety concerns is prioritised and reviewed immediately.
Ownly complies with all applicable child safety laws and cooperates fully with regional and national authorities regarding any reports of child exploitation material.
We report any detected CSAM to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) and relevant local authorities in accordance with applicable law.
Ownly requires all users to be at least 13 years of age. Users under 18 may use the platform subject to applicable laws and parental consent requirements in their jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Ownly uses a combination of automated detection systems and human review to identify and remove content that violates our child safety standards. Accounts found to violate these standards are permanently banned and reported to law enforcement where appropriate.
